Dr. Jake Meggison, DDS

Dr. Jake Meggison is the founder and owner of Dental Elements, where he is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered dentistry in a welcoming and modern environment. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, Dr. Meggison returned to his home state of Kansas in 2010 to serve the community he knows and loves.

Dr. Meggison’s dedication to excellence has been recognized through numerous honors, including multiple awards as one of America’s Top Dentists, Top Dentist in Shawnee, and Top Dentist in Johnson County. Under his leadership, Dental Elements has also been recognized as a Top Dental Office in Shawnee and Johnson County, along with multiple Neighborhood Choice and Nextdoor awards—a reflection of the trust and loyalty of the community he serves.

He is a certified Invisalign provider and has a particular passion for endodontics (root canal therapy), bringing advanced skill and precision to even the most complex cases. With extensive experience across all areas of dentistry, Dr. Meggison is able to provide comprehensive, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Outside the office, Dr. Meggison enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, often cheering them on at soccer games. He also has a strong interest in fitness, cars, and the outdoors—interests that reflect the same energy and dedication he brings to his practice every day.
